We provide therapy that fits into real life, supporting children where they learn, play, and grow.

We help children develop the hand and finger strength, coordination, and control needed for tasks such as tying shoelaces, using scissors, writing, or handling small objects. Improving fine motor skills promotes independence and success in daily routines and school activities.
Through movement-based activities, we work to enhance balance, coordination, and overall body control. This supports children in skills like running, jumping, climbing, and participating confidently in physical play and sports.
We help children understand and manage how their bodies respond to sensory input such as sound, touch, and movement. Supporting sensory processing enables children to stay focused, calm, and better able to manage transitions or multitask in busy environments.
Our therapists teach essential daily living skills such as dressing, toileting, feeding, and maintaining healthy routines. Building these self-care abilities increases independence and confidence in everyday life
We support children in developing planning, sequencing, and time management skills. These strategies help them stay organised, follow routines, and manage school tasks more effectively.
Occupational Therapy also helps children strengthen their ability to interact with others — taking turns, sharing, communicating, and adapting to new situations. These skills build confidence and improve participation in group settings.
We provide strategies to help children understand and manage their emotions, sensory experiences, and behaviours. This promotes resilience, self-awareness, and smoother participation in daily activities.
